Intensive therapy is a customised approach that allows you to work through issues more deeply and efficiently than traditional weekly sessions. It’s designed to help you create meaningful change in a shorter period of time.

Rather than working in standard 50-minute blocks, intensives offer extended, focused time to explore the root of what’s holding you back - without the interruption of week-to-week scheduling.

This might look like:

  • Longer individual sessions (e.g. 90-minute appointments), or

  • A tailored intensive package designed specifically around your goals, needs, and schedule.

This format is ideal for:

  • Clients who want to accelerate their healing

  • People with 1 - 2 key issues they want to work through more thoroughly

  • Anyone feeling frustrated by the limitations of regular session times

  • Busy professionals who want depth without the long weekly commitment
